Preparing For Class
DRINK
Water, that is! Be sure to drink plenty of water before, during, and after your ride to ensure your body stays well hydrated.
EAT
You're going to need a lot of energy to burn off all those calories. Have a light snack 30 minutes prior to your ride.
CLOTHING
It's gonna get hot in there! We suggest a tee or tank on top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom.
Check-In
PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY
Nothing’s worse than being rushed! If you are a first time rider, you must arrive 30 minutes prior to class. Be sure to let the front desk know this is your first class.
CHECK IN
Make sure you check in every time you ride! If you’re not signed in 5 minutes before your class, your bike may be released.
NEW RIDER WAIVER
Fill out a New Rider Waiver prior to your first ride.
Shoes And Water
SHOES
Shoes are complimentary at MY Ride! Your shoes will "clip in" to your bike. Should you decide to bring your own shoes or purchase shoes down the road please make sure they are SPD compatible.
WATER
Bring your own or water is available for sale at the studio. We also have a water fountain so you can refill.
YOUR STUFF & SHOWERS
Bike Set-Up
To ensure the best ride you'll need to set up your bike. No worries, our staff will ensure your are set up correctly. We will teach you all about bike set up including: seat height, seat position and handlebar Height
SAFETY
MY Ride is a workout and like any new fitness routine, you may want to talk with your doctor before your first ride. If you have specific concerns/injuries please chat with your instructor beforehand.
