MY Ride is indoor cycling elevated. Our mission is to take you on a ride of a lifetime and have you looking and feeling your best! All it takes is 45-minutes to climb, sprint, dance and cycle your way to looking and feeling great. It’s a fun, fast paced, challenging workout that will take you to the next level in fat-burning cardio.
This 45-minute class brings back the classic cycling ride. You will be guided through climbs, sprints, jumps, and more. Lose yourself in the music during this intense cardiovascular workout that will improve your endurance and can burn more than 600 calories.
This 45-minute class will challenge you from the inside and out. MY Pulse is cycling with an intense cardiovascular and upper body workout. You’ll be using lightweights at high repetitions set to heart pounding, energetic and motivating music and burning major calories.
Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. In MY Circuit our instructors will guide you through a series of movements that are essentially broken up into “stations.” An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. Traditionally, the time between exercises in each station is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise. All MY Ride memberships include access to MY Circuit classes.
